During the last seven years , General Shani is working mainly in Singapore with Kestral Investing Group , ChipEngSeng Education , and as consultant and provider services to the SG government in Cyber Security , IT , Enterprise & Storage.

Arik is the CEO and co-founder of Rapyd, a global Fintech-as-a-service platform that helps businesses quickly integrate Fintech and payment capabilities into any commerce application to collect and disburse money via locally preferred payment methods. Arik is a cloud services expert and was surprised by the challenges of legacy payments infrastructure that hinders growth in the payment space. Arik started Rapyd in order to help build a global financial technology infrastructure that allows e-commerce merchants, gig economy platforms, financial institutions or any digital business to embed financial services into their consumer offerings in a very simple way.

A serial entrepreneur, Arik is experienced in building high-growth technology companies that leverage using cloud computing that scales to meet rapid global customer demand. Prior to Rapyd, Arik founded ITNAVIGATOR a cloud-based contact center and unified communications platform which was acquired by Avaya in 2013

Mr. Nati Cohen a retired Brigadier General who served for more than 30 years as the Head of Communications in the IDF.

Prior to his recent retirement he had been the Head of the Ministry of Communications for the State of Israel. Mr. Cohen has a B.A in Political Science & Middle East and M.A in National Security both from Bar-Ilan University.

Matan Bar Noy a medical Major officer in the IDF reserves, a former Chairman of the student association of Israel's largest university Bar-Ilan. In the past Matan was one of the senior members of Mobileye, a company which was recently sold to Intel for in excess of 15.3 Billion dollars.

His last position was the Director of Business development for OrCam which is an AI company specializes in assistive technologies. His main expertise is automotive, Assistive and Agricultural technology. Matan Has a B.A in Political Science & Communication. He also graduated MBA for executive both from Bar-Ilan university.

An international business executive from Canada graduated in economics and business in the Jerusalem Finance and Business college.

He gained a tremendous amount of experience throughout the years specializing in international real estate.

Studied Computer Science and Law.
Prior to her current employment as a lawyer in a law firm, in which she is a partner, Nechama M. Tzivin gave consultation in the field of implementing computer systems in large organizations, such as PAN AM & ELAL, in the USA and in Israel.

Nechama is currently on the board of directors of the company Modiin Energy - Limited Partnership of the IDB Israel Group. In the past she was on the board of directors of Israel Chemicals Ltd.; Malam-Tim Ltd.; TTI Team Telecom International LTD and more

For the past several years has been living in New York as a senior procurement specialist for the Israeli ministry of defense - Air Force division.

Part of his dealings were as follows:

• Negotiating T&C’s of multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Formulated and managed multi-million-dollar tenders amongst hundreds of vendors.
• Evaluated budget allocations in order to ensure complete funding execution.
